Since 2022, Sharon Gaylor—affectionately known as The Charmed YaYa—has been conjuring sweet magic from her enchanting cottage bakery in Bastrop, Texas. But Sharon’s culinary journey began long before that. At just 10 years old, she was already entering international cake shows alongside her mother. Her love for all things savory blossomed beside her father, grilling and competing in cook-offs throughout West Texas.
Over the years, Sharon’s fearless creativity and bold flavor pairings became her signature. Her passion took her on a 30+ year journey—developing menus, traveling, opening restaurants for others, and even spending seven years in the corporate world. But chocolate kept calling her back.
So, with her trusty stir stick and culinary cauldron, Sharon followed her passion—and Charmed was born.
